Exercise #1

200m image

Complete 50 KB swings at eye level, 50 sit ups, then 200 meter run. Continue until you get 10 KB swings and 10 sit ups finishing with 200 m run.

Sets of 50-40-30-20-10

- Run/walk 200 meters between each round

5 rounds for time
