Gal Gadot, the new Wonder Woman who is set to conquer theaters in her standalone movie this June, has openly shared her fitness routines to transform her supermodel figure into a superhero physique. In a post by Pop Workouts, a summary of the Israeli star’s fitness program was highlighted which were divided into three parts: workout, diet and body.

The workout portion is comprised of various exercises for the whole body. An infographic shows the different steps as well as the repetitions and duration of each exercise.

A similar version was shared by Muscle and Fitness which is complete with extra details such as the distance of sprints and jumps. You can do these on your own and without any equipment, with the exception of the General Pullup.

As a result of her training, Gadot stated that she gained as much as 14 pounds of lean muscle in order to perform the needed stunts and other physical requirements of her role. It was an important step, considering that she now portrays one of the most famous superheroes ever created.

She was conceptualized as the total representation of ‘girl power’ or ‘femme fatale’ and she proves that women, too, are a force to be reckoned with. She is considered the strongest woman in the entire realm of fiction and one of the mightiest superheroes of all, according to Screenrant. These traits are a huge part of her lasting appeal throughout the years.
