When does my monthly box ship?
We ship our boxes between the 23rd and 27th of every month. We want you to have your box by the end of the month so you can start fresh at the beginning of the following month with your swag. You have until the last day of the month to order that month's box. If you want to purchase a box from a previous month, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com to see if we have any more in stock.
When will I be charged?
You will always be charged at the time that you subscribe to the monthly box.
After you receive your first box, you will be charged the 15th of every month to receive that month's box.
Can I skip a month?
Certainly! We would never lock you in something you don’t want. You can simply log in to your account, go to manage subscriptions, click your order and "skip a shipment".
Can I change the address of my monthly boxes?
Of course, as long as it's in the United States. Log in to your account, go to manage subscriptions, click the manage drop down menu, and then "click update address".
How can I cancel my subscription?
We would be sad to see you go. If you wish to cancel your subscription, log in to your account, go to manage subscription, click the manage drop down menu, and click "delete order".
If you do not see that option, you may be attached to our old subscription app that was on our old website. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us you'd like to cancel, we will do it for you. Please include the e-mail or full name associated with the account.
What will be in my monthly box?
How much does it cost?
We’re happy to tell you that it’s only $20! We worked hard to be the lowest priced fitness box out there that includes a full-size product. Taxes may or may not be charged depending on your state laws of goods sold online.
How will the box be tailored to me?
Depending on the box you choose, we will avoid putting certain items that will not assist you in reaching your goal. For example, if you’re trying to bulk up and gain weight, we would not put thermogenic capsules in your box. Be aware, some products that go into one type of box may also be in your type of box because we all need protein in our lives. We can’t live without it!
Are there any refunds or exchanges?
Unfortunately, refunds are not possible for the subscription boxes.
